• Next meeting AGM (Wednesday 11 February) 7 for 7-30 start.
• Next meeting night at THE PLOUGH Alvescot Skittles Night 11 March. 7-30 for 8 roll off – Names to me by 3 March. I will be sending out Menu after AGM update to members. End of February.
• April meeting 15th at the Windmill Restaurant (Dinner night). Names to me by 3rd April
• May meeting update for Rally
• As you may have gathered we are now at, ROUGH GROUND’S FARM, LECHLADE, GL7 3EU. 6-7 June. This now gives us chance to set the field on Thursday. And yourselves to move in from 09-00 on Friday 5th June.
• We are in contact with the Lechlade Lion’s, who will look after the road way and parking. Also they have offered the use of their mini bus for Saturday night to go into Lechlade and on round to The Trout Inn (on the road to Faringdon),to their evening’s entertainment.
As their weekend falls on the same weekend as our rally, we are promoting them and they are doing the same for us.
Some of you who read this could well be going to their event as you have done in the past. So how about a road run to us and like wise, our Exhibitors in the evening go to The Trout Inn and join in their road run on Saturday night.
