General message to all present and prospective Members for 2015. To BCC.

10th December 2014 | Meeting night (Brown’s Hall, Alvescot Road, Carterton. (Rear of Aldi’s)).

Starts 2015 with subs,  your 2014 Membership is valid till end of February 2015.
Note;  you won’t find a form on the web site, as I want to vet any new application‘s before they are accepted.
New prospective members wanting  form’s see;  Note 2 or 6 below.
Exhibitor’s forms with Membership forms have been posted out to current members.
Please return form’s hard copy, by hand or post (Use Note 2 below, or at any Meeting night).This is so I have your signature on the form. The fee is £6 for membership and £2-50 insurance. This is with the NFU, to £5,000,000. Cheques Payable to B.C.C.  If you asked NFU direct you could pay, from £80 to £200 on your own.

14th January 2015 | Meeting night. I will be taking sub’s and will be preparation for the A.G.M. in February.

11th February 2015 | Meeting night. A.G.M.  7pm for 7.30pm start, all are asked to come if possible. And catching up on subs and Insurance.

11th March 2015 | Skittles night (Meeting night), 7.30pm, roll off at 8pm, at the PLOUGH in Alvescot, menu’s to be issued to paid up members, as and when by February, anyway.(Names/Menu’s to me by 07 March), guest`s welcome.

8th April 2015 | My favorite night, (food) Dinner night. (April meeting night)  Guest’s welcome. At the Windmill Asthall Barrow (on the A40)  Price of meal to follow. (Names to me by 03 April.)

13th May 2015 | Meeting night, preparation for 5th Rally.

6th-7th June 2015 | And so in to June 6-7 our rally. By now you should all know that we are moving to, Lechlade (Rough Grounds Farm, GL7 3EU). Here we have a free run to set up the field and enjoy a bit more freedom than at Burford.

10th June 2015 | Wednesday after the rally. Meeting night. Then meeting’s every second Wednesday of the month.

So here we are back to December, then Christmas  & New Year. So have a good one.

Rally application forms will be sent out from January 1-7, and to others who have shown an interest to our rally.
If you know of any exhibitor who would like to enter, then copy on your form or use one of the contacts above to obtain one.
As you may have gathered we are now at, ROUGH GROUND’S FARM, LECHLADE, GL7 3EU. On 6-7 June.
This now gives us change to set the field on Thursday. And yourselves to move in from 09-00 on Friday 5th. June.
We are in contact with the Lechlade Lion’s, who will look after the road way and parking. Also they have offered the use of their mini bus for Saturday night to go into Lechlade and on round to the Trout Inn (on the road to Faringdon),
to their evening’s entertainment.
As the Trout Inn activity weekend falls on the same weekend as our rally, we are promoting them and they are doing the same for us.
Some of you who read this could well be going to their event as you have done in the past.
So how about a road run to us and like wise, our Exhibitors in the evening go to the Trout Inn and join in their road run on Saturday night.
Passes and final info/instructions will be posted mid may 2015.
