Post completed forms to: The Acre, Shilton Road, Carterton, OX18 1EN. Forms must be returned by post for insurance purposes.Trade Stall / Craft Tent / Camping Applications Download a form from the website or e-mail: info@lechladecollectorsclub.co.uk or phone 01993 843221 (Answer Machine) and leave your details including your phone number and a form will be sent to you. Forms must be returned by 12/4/24. Forms should be returned to The Acre, Shilton Road, Carterton, OX18 1EN, with your attached copy of your Insurance Certificate, Food Handling where applicable and any other Certificates necessary.
