October 2019
Having had 4 Annual Rally’s and Country Show’s, in the beautiful Cotswold Town of Lechlade, at Rough Grounds Farm.
So we look to 2020 season, We had our 5th Annual rally in 2019 at Patrick Edwards auction field its the big field to the right, in Langley Lane Clanfield OX18 2RZ. This site is next to the main road so no problem with entry and exit.
Patrick has kindly agreed again for 2020. The field is the long one from the auction field down to the tractor on the main A4095 road. Now 12 acres, (4 hectares).
The field next to the Rally field will be the parking and camping site.
Yes this was a big move to this new ground, its going to be a rally over 3 days again, 23rd 24th and Bank Holiday Monday 25th May 2020, with Friday being the usual set up day. This date is now one week forward so as not to clash with the Trout’s week end, at the Trout pub.
We have a mini ring for Dog Show, Brittania Majorette’s, Morris Dancers, Highworth Silver Band, Line dancing and much more each day also a main ring for the mobile exhibits to Parade during the event. It’s been a long time coming; now we have the space to include a marquee in the middle, to include beer tent and entertainment for those staying over on both Saturday and Sunday evening and for shade and cover.
Also a central point for the evening social gathering.
Exhibitors, Traders and Craft on our mailing list will be sent application forms first week of January 2020, forms are also available on our Web Site, If you have not received your forms by 20th Jan 2020, please contact us on info@lechladecollectorsclub.co.uk (also see web site for booking forms).
For 2020 we are offering Public Camping over the weekend, paying a fee to camp with free entry to the Rally.

One final note; I have made a decision on the rally name,
It is to remain; Lechlade Rally. (At Clanfield if you so wish).
As we are Lechlade Collectors Club and Lechlade is known more than Clanfield
