Hi folks, that time again for our 2023 rally.

We have made a few more changes to our rally field for the 2023 Rally being our third one on this site.

The Rally address is in Langley Lane, Clanfield, Oxon. OX18 2RZ

Rally dates for 2023 are April 29th/30th and 1st May this has given us the 3 day holiday weekend in May.

In this bigger field we have space for a mini ring. Events include Fun Dog Shows, Mini Majorettes, Band & Ukulele’s spreading over all three days. 14 Miniature Steamers came along, a first for us (see the article in October’s Old Glory)
By popular request a bigger main ring for the parades. Tractors, Cars, Commercials, Motor Bikes and Miniature Steam. Tony booked for the main ring PA on the 3 days.

The adjacent field is the parking field where there is lots of space for the Public parking.

All Weekend Camping is available on the Rally Field (forms on the web site) Friday night thru to Monday night in to Tuesday 10 am. with free entry to rally with wrist bands, when you apply for a camping pitch.
Food and drink and entertainment from Friday, Saturday and Sunday night in big marquee by the main ring, this will include food and a bar through out the weekend.
Bar Friday evening, Sat/ Sun all day through to Monday 16-00.also music in the evening.
Rally Field is open from Friday 9 am for setting up and from 7.30 am Sat/ Sun/Monday being rally days.
Marshall’s are invited to come in Thursday to view their areas. Other Exhibitors/Stallholders
are welcome to come in early too, please let us know as the field will be marked out ready?

I will be posting Exhibitors and Stallholders forms out first week of December to all on my lists to include those that attended in 2022, any one wanting to enter, who has not had an entry form by 15th January 2023 contact us below. 1st March 2022 is the closing date.

There are 248 names entered for the 2022`s Rally. There were more exhibits on the field as one entry 17 motor cycle’s, lots of 3-4-5 oil engines, same as tractors some driven in on the day all are most welcome.
135 cars booked in over the weekend, with 70-80 Sat and Sunday with 68 booked in on Monday. What a fantastic Show.

Car / Motor Cycle Clubs are also welcome to come along on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Margaret is posting the Stalls/ Trade/Craft and All Weekend Camping Forms out to campers that request them.
