On Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd June 2018 Lechlade Collectors Club held their 4th Annual Rally and Country Show in the beautiful Cotswold Town of Lechlade, at Rough Grounds Farm.

We had two beautiful days, bit wet Saturday morning. But sterling work by the tractor boys we had a gateway fit for all to use. We had 220 exhibits, entertainment for the children, fun fair and pets’ corner and 68 trade stalls, 15 boots sales and a selection of craft entries in the craft tent.

We organized a mini ring, this was used on Saturday by the Blue Cross of Burford to help with their fund raising, and by the Great Western Youth band followed by the Wolvercote Morris dancers. This area was in use again on Sunday for the Britannia Majorettes. (They will all be returning next year,)

Followed by the main raffle and presentation by Chairman Ray Pitts of Exhibitors cups, trophys and plates.

We have made another donation to Lechlade Village hall, for local charities to buy lost equipment. We have offered our equipment to the planners of event’s in Lechlade to help raise funds for them.

We now have another selection of pictures on our web site, taken by David Field, Theresa and Stan Keeves, so giving us two angles of exhibitors and traders on the field.

You may of heard we are changing Venue and Dates for 2019, the new Venue is Langley Farm, Langley Lane, Clanfield, Oxon. OX18 2RZ, its going to be a three day event 25/26/27th May 2019 ( bank holiday weekend) hope to see you all again.
