Hi folks, that time again for our 2022 rally, the season up on us again.
We have made a lot of changes to our rally for the 2022, being our second one on this site.
Rally address is in Langley Lane, Clanfield, Bampton, Oxon. OX18 2RZ

For 2022 we have moved date forward to the April 30th/1st/2nd May
On leaving Clanfield towards Radcot its the big field (Patrick Edwards auction field ) on you right down to the Standard tractor by the A4095 road, 12 Acres 1`m told, this has given us the 3 day Bank holiday weekend at the beginning of May 22 and avoids us clashing with the Queens Jubilee 4 day bank holiday week end at the end of May 22
In this bigger field we have space for a mini ring. Blue Cross and SN Dogs (Swindon) fun dog show, Mini Majorettes, Morris Dancing and the miniature steamers being able to parade. The big ring for parades of Tractors, Cars, Commercials and Motor Cycles.

We are engaging an announcer for the main ring PA on all the 3 days. The adjoining field will be the Public parking field;
Public all weekend Camping will be available on the Rally field (forms on the web site), Friday Apr 29th night thru to Monday 1st May night, to vacate by 10 am Tuesday 3rd May. With Fee entry to the Rally with wrist bands.
Entertainment Saturday and Sunday evening in big marquee by the main ring, this will include Music, Food and Bar on both evenings. Bar open on all 3 days.
Toilets, Elson emptying tanks are available in the camping area, parking and rally field, PLEASE BRING YOU OWN DRINKING WATER, other water will be available. Sorry no Hook up available.
We are open from Friday Apr 29th 9.00am for setting up and from 7.30am Sat Apr 30th/ Sun1st /Monday 2nd May being rally days.

I’ve sent out 420 Rally entries, to everybody I could find. This was done first week of December 2021 to those on our lists.
If by end of Jan you haven’t received a form contact us and I will send out form’s to you.
Closing date for Exhibitors entries is 30th March. 2022, last minuet instructions and passes will be posted out first week of April 2022.
Stalls/ Trade/Boot forms have been posted out to previous traders (Closing date 4th April 2022).

The insurance requires an entry form for each Exhibit. Small scale table top collections and Awning displays are considered as one entry.
