As I am sure you are all aware, due to COVID 19 many rallies were cancelled in 2020 including the 6th Lechlade Annual Vintage Rally & Country Show. This was a hard decision at the time, in line with the Government guidelines we needed to keep everyone safe.

The ongoing difficulty the Committee have is the uncertainty as to what government restrictions will be in place in May 29th/30th/31st.

The Committee held a January 2021 meeting, a decision regarding the Rally going ahead could not be agreed as we are currently in Lockdown 3 awaiting more guidance from the Government.

The committee did agree a final decision should be made early April 2021, with this in mind things will happen quite quickly should the Rally go ahead on our usual weekend in May, we must wait and see. We must all take care and stay safe.

An alternative option was put forward to reschedule the Rally for later in the year should this be possible, it was agreed that this would be an option to be discussed at the April 2021 meeting.

All 2020 exhibitors who completed a form will receive a form for 2021 once a final date has been fixed.

Keep your exhibits turning, and I’m sure there are jobs that need to be carried out, so enjoy your exhibit until the next Rally.
