Hi folks, that time again for 2019 rally, the season up on us.
We have made a lot of changes to our rally for the 2019 season.
It was on the books to move from Rough Grounds farm for 2020 rally, but events at Rough Grounds forced us to move fields.
This we have done thanks to my nephew, David. Who said “Patrick Edwards has a big field”, this was August, by October we had Patrick’s ok, so we started planning the field.

Also to have the field we moved forward one week to the 25-27 of May.
This was to move away from “Trouties” week end. It is the big field from the auction field down to the Standard tractor by the A4095 road, 12 Acres in total. this has also given us the 3 day holiday weekend of May. This also means after many years of not having a ring, we have space for a mini ring and a big ring for parades. We are engaging the commentator Tony for the PA on the 3 days. The field opposite the fam will be the parking field, we are organizing this field to include a camping and caravan area with FREE camping for those that want to stay somewhere for the weekend, with usual rate for entry to rally each day.( Rate same as last years). with access from camping field to rally field out of hours, this is to allow anyone to obtain food and drink and Saturday night entertainment in the big marquee by the main ring, this will include food and a bar through out the weekend. Friday evening through to Monday. Loos are available on the field for your use also 4 Elson emptying tanks will also be available for use.
We are open from Friday 9 o/c for setting up and Sat/ Sun/Monday being rally days.
Marshall’s are invited to come in Thursday to sort out their area.
Iv pushed out 349 entries and Margaret is posting the stalls/ trade/boot forms out as fast as she can.
This will be done first week of January, to those on our lists.

These rally pictures are also on face book, updated with a different group each month.
Photo copy the forms on, give to any other who would like to exhibit.
Closing date for entry forms is 20 April. Last minuet instructions will be posted last week of April.

Your entry and of others keep rally’s going. No entry no rally for the public to enjoy.

The insurance requires an entry form for each Exhibit. Small scale table top collections and Awning displays are considered as one entry.
